Validation recognized that the number of accrued usage hours is not
within the permissible interval.
Usage hours are calculated by dividing current consumption by the
installed demand. The value of the installed demand is stored in an
operand.
Using the check class that is maintained in the rate, the operand with
the installed demand is stored in table TE409 in field BENUTZSTD. Using
the DEVIATING USAGE HOURS field, a permissible percentual deviation is
set.
