<DS:SIMG.EHPRC_CP_CHECK>Specify Checks for Compliance Requirement and
Check Criteria</>. If the outgoing template PRC_CHX has recently been
added to the compliance requirement, all revisions, which were released
before this date, will not have the histroy XML file. There is no
possibility to create these missing files.
