you classify this specification as a <ZH>substance</> or <ZH>mixture</>.

In the Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.EHS_ESC_PHRAS_SUBMIX>Identify
Phrase as Substance or Mixture</>, specify the phrases of the phrase set
that are assigned to the 'Mixture or Pure Substance?' characteristic
(SAP_EHS_1011_005_MIXT_PURE) must be assigned in the 'Substance Type'
value assignment type (SAP_EHS_1011_005). Specify the substance or
mixture identifier for the phrases.
