A cause of this could be that the central system only has information
about an obsolete status of the child system.

You can assign a different (or no) special version to the user. When
doing so, you should, of course, take into account the conditions of
the license contract.
If the central system only has information about an obsolete status of
the child system, transfer the current status to the central system.
You have the following options for doing this:
