In chart of depreciation &V2&, the indicator for posting to the general
ledger is set incorrectly for depreciation area &V1&.
The Customizing switch for parallel valuation in Asset Accounting (<AB>
PARALLEL_VAL</>) is active. Therefore, you have to select one of the
following options for each of the depreciation areas:
Area posts APC and depreciation
Area Does Not Post
Area posts depreciation only
Area Posts APC Immediately, Depreciation Periodically

In Customizing for <LS>Asset Accounting</>, call the activity
<DS:SIMG.T093_00N_NEW_DC>Define Depreciation Areas</>. In the detail
view for the depreciation area, choose one of the options mentioned
above for posting to the general ledger.
