Please enter the missing meter readings. The initial value of a meter
is determined for the settlement as follows:
The maximum meter reading before the start of the settlement period is
determined. If a meter reading has not been defined before the start of
the settlement period, the minimum meter reading in the period is used.
The reference date of the meter reading is decisive for the settlement
period.
