Press Enter to return to the initial screen of the report. Call the
selection screen and select a valid table type in field <LS>Table Type
</>. Re-start the report.
The valid table types are available via F4 help and contain the white
and green tables for wage tax and compensatory allowance (also referred
to as premium transfer allowance) [overhevelingstoeslag].
