You can no longer change the definition of a BOM usage that is relevant
to PM only, because:
If you enter material items whose item statuses support use in other
application areas (such as production), the system requires data that
is specific to a plant.
BOMs with the PM-specific usage already exist
Check whether you need to define a new BOM usage.
