You have tried to add an entry in the table with a generic key (&V1&,
&V2&) that is not permitted. The key fields in the table (Shipping
conditions/transportation group) can only be blank on the right-hand
side.
For example:
Shipping condition Transportation group
<blank> 0001 Not permitted
01 <blank> Permitted
<blank> <blank> Permitted

Change the key fields (shipping condition/transportation group) in the
table so that they meet the requirements, or delete the entry.
