¿Qué causa este problema?

The number range object &V1&, the number range interval &V2& and the
error cause &V3& are involved here.
In detail, the following causes are possible:

1 = The assigned number lies in the critical area
2 = The last number was assigned
3 = More numbers were requested than were available,
the last number was assigned
