If you require the text maintenance function, inform your system
administrator, so that the corresponding settings can be made in
Customizing.

To maintain header texts in the delivery, a text determination procedure
must be assigned to the delivery type. Assign a text procedure to the
delivery item category, if you want to maintain texts at item level in
the delivery.
You can make the required settings in
<DS:SIMG.SIMG_XXMENUOLSDVOTX3>Customzing of text control</>.
