¿Qué causa este problema?

An SQL exception has been raised while creating a global temporary DB
table. This table is required by the AFL procedure of the AVC. The table
does not already exist.

The process must be interrupted because if the table is missing, neither
the configuration with the AVC nor the syntax check of the PMEVC for
dependencies in AVC processing mode is possible.

It needs to be investigated, why the table cannot be created.
A missing authorization is a potential error.
