It is not possible to process these hierarchy relationships in single
processing. Here are two of the possible reasons:
At least one higher-level node in one of the hierarchy relationships is
in a change request that is not assigned to you or that does not allow
object changes.
No unique change request can be determined for at least one higher-level
node.
