¿Qué causa este problema?

You want to create UI element &V1& with <LS>Attachments</> as the UI
element type. Entity type &V2& does not allow attachments since the
<DS:DE.USMD_HAS_ATTACHMENT>Attachments</> checkbox is not selected for
this entity type in the data model. You cannot create a UI element for
attachments for this entity type.
