The function module UPB_TIME_EXIT_FISC_CREATE was defined for
characteristic relationships of the type 'Exit' as the function module
to generate characteristic combinations. In the present case, all the
prerequisites are not met for the function:
The time characteristic fiscal year/period is not selected as a
characteristic involved.
This prerequisite must be met in order to use the function module.
