A fixed value is stored for characteristic &V1& in breakdown category
&V2&. In this case, all characteristics that are dependent on
characteristic &V1& must also be contained in breakdown category &V2&,
which means that the breakdown type of these characteristics may not be
set to <ZK>No Breakdown</>.
However, characteristic &V3& is dependent on characteristic &V1& and has
