You have not specified the differential item for legacy data transfer
under <ZK>Selected Items -> Legacy Data Transfer</> in Customizing for
consolidation of investments.
The clearing item for legacy data transfer must be a balance sheet item
(equity item). And you need to assign a statistical equity item as well
