This is not allowed if a Support Package of type &V1& has not yet been
imported successfully.
The Support Packages already imported were checked with the following
result for type &V1&: '&V2&'
The values mean the following:
'-' : No Support Packages with this type were found
'N' : No Support Packages with this type were imported
'I' : Support Packages with this type were already
imported
'?' : A Support Package with this type was not
imported successfully
