You are installing an add-on to a system in which you may only apply
Support Packages of type &V1&.
During the R3up phase JOB_RSSPAM02, the Support Package with the
highest number from the type &V1& is determined using the delivered
file LAST.HOT on which the add-on is based.
However, the corresponding entry is missing in the file LAST.HOT.

To ensure the consistency of the add-on, the phase JOB_RSSPAM02 is
terminated.
