¿Qué causa este problema?

You have tried to carry out a language export with the mode "Upgrade of
the translation system".
The aim of such a language export is to save the translated language
and to import it again after the upgrade of the current system.
The language you have selected is not, however, translated in the
current system.

Make sure that you have made the correct selection, or indicate the
selected language as the language to be translated.
