¿Qué causa este problema?

The system has found further language import jobs that have not been
processed yet. (e.g. status released).

Respuesta del sistema

A new import cannot be scheduled at present, as parallel processing of
the still existing jobs and the newly created jobs cannot be excluded.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

First check existing jobs with SM37.
Select the job names LANGUAGE-IMPORT* and LANGUAGE-EXEC-RSLANGCP
with the start date = 00000000 and user = '*'.
Delete jobs that still have the status 'scheduled' or 'released'.
However, if the jobs are in the 'active' status, then wait for them to
be properly completed.
