¿Qué causa este problema?

The object belonging to the server '&V1&' in the alert monitor was to be
deleted.
However, this action is not possible from this SAP application server.

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

The functionality of the telephone integration is not affected by the
fact that the action failed.
After an SAP system restart automatically the alert monitor object
no longer exists.
If you want to wait until the next system restart, you can also delete
the alert monitor object directly from the alert monitor environment
(Tools -> CCMS, Control/Monitoring -> Alert Monitor 4.x).
