¿Qué causa este problema?

Server &V1& is assigned to the work center. However, this server is
either maintained incorrectly or does not exist for this client.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If the server is listed in the input help but the message 'Server does
not exist' is still displayed, the following problem may exist:
The server data is saved and distributed in several tables. The server
may exist in one table but not in another (e.g. the data was deleted
during SAPconnect Customizing). Proceed as follows:
Check the Customizing settings for the telephony server (Client-wide ->
Telephony server settings -> Create and maintain telephony server). If
the server does not exist, create the server.
