    A program is to be started on a remote computer using RFC. The
    specified RFC destination is &V2&. The following error occurred during
    the call: &V1&.
    There are a number of possible causes:
    The RFC destination contains incorrect entries, that is, the entry
    specifying the location of the program to be started is incorrect.
    The program is not installed on the remote computer, is installed in a
    different directory or is not ready for use.
