¿Qué causa este problema?

The system was unable to determine any suitable correspondence data for
counterconfirmation.
The following errors may have arisen:
Counterconfirmation has already taken place
Outgoing correspondence has not yet been executed
No status-relevant correspondence data records exist
Outgoing correspondence was carried out in Release 4.0B (for
Transaction<ZH> activities</> from Release 4.0B or before, you cannot
perform counterconfirmation using this function). You can see this by
the fact that a transaction has counterconfirmation status '1'.
However, in table VTBKORES for this transaction activity, there is no
data record with the entry 'X' in the SSTATUS field.
