    Check the entries in the file (c:\windows)\WIN.INI. The entry
    RetrievalSoftware must include the directory, which contains the program
    SAP3D.EXE.
    Example of a correct WIN.INI entry:
    [sap3d]
    Database=P:\
    Notes=D:\LASEC\R3\NOTES
    RetrievalSoftware=R:\SAPDOKU\SAP3D
