respect to the characteristic ACCESSIBILITY_STANDARD.

Even if the default value of ACCESSIBILITY_STANDARD reflects the
standard the current classification refers to, it is advisable to
explicitly set the standard. Otherwise, the standard may change whenever
the default value changes. In that way, the statement made according to
the accessibility of an object may get wrong since it was made according
to an older standard.
