¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You can either delete the last program sets or create a new test with
the same subroutine and then create a program set for this test.
If you want to create a program set that contains the same programs as
an existing set, you can simply create a new version of this set.
Since no new ID is required for the program set in this case, you can
thus avoid the problem.
