¿Qué causa este problema?

A target segment can be assigned to one source segment only.
Rules already exist between the source and target segment. You cannot
switch to a different source segment and keep the same target segment.

Respuesta del sistema

The source segment is selected and the target segment is removed from
the display.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Select a target segment that is not assigned to a source segment.
If you do not want to assign the source segment to the displayed target
segment, select the target segment and then delete the existing rules.
You can then create rules for another source segment.
