¿Qué causa este problema?

The report RSRD_BROADCAST_FOR_TIMEPOINT is used for processing broadcast
settings that are registered for a particular time. The time at which
registered settings are processed is identified from the schedules of
this report in SAP background processing. The schedules of the report
also identify the times available to the end user for registering
settings.
For this reason the report has to be scheduled periodically, with
periods being a multiple of day, week or month.
