The system could not fully load the workbook you selected to open. The
workbook was saved in a compressed form and cannot be decompressed; this
is because the Microsoft Visual J# .NET package was not installed.

The workbook will be loaded without BEx objects and cannot be refreshed.

To be able to load the workbook, you must install the Microsoft Visual
J# .NET Redistributable Package.
