The routine for processing the transfer rules for the DataSource &V1&
from source system &V2& to InfoSource &V3& could not be called up. The
program (&v4&), generated for processing the transfer rules, is either
not available or has the status obselete.

Activate the transfer rules in question again and execute the query that
followed once again.
If the problem persists, even though the transfer rules were activated
without errors occurring, look for a SAP Note in the Service Marketplace
using message class RSOA and message number 308. Alternatively contact
SAP Support.
