The valid records were updated to the target.
The request was marked as incorrect meaning that the data that was
already updated cannot be used in reporting.
The incorrect records were not written to the target, but were posted
retroactively to the PSA under a new request number.

Check the data in the error requests, correct the errors and post the
error requests. Then set this request manually to green.
