    In the request status management of the InfoProvider &v1&, the request
    with the SID &v2& is entered as the last fully archived request (field
    ARCH_DONE). The request with the SID &v3& is entered as the highest
    request that is currently archived or reloaded (field ARCH_TODO).
    However, the current process would like to archive (inclusive) or reload
    (exclusive) up to the request with the SID &v4&.
