communication structure must be actively available in the Dictionary so
that a transfer can take place to the update. &SYSTEM_RESPONSE&
Communication structure &V1& was actively saved but cannot be used.

Check the cause of the error in the Dictionary maintenance. Carry out
the <ls>Check</> function in the Dictionary for your communication
structure &V1&.
Analyze the cause of the error using the activation log and remove the
error.
Carry out the maintenance of the communication structure again so that
your communication structure can be actively saved.
