Procedure for determining existing resources in an RFC group:
The system first checks whether the length of the dispatcher queue of
the application server is greater than 10% of the full length. If it
is, this server does not provide any resources. If it is not, the
current number of free dialog processes minus 2 (as a reserve for other
purposes, such as logging into the system or administration programs)
is provided as the existing resources from the application server.
Thus in order for an application server to be considered for RFC
parallel processing, it <ZH>must</> have at least 3 dialog processes.
