¿Qué causa este problema?

The basis the system uses for scheduling and to calculate capacity
requirements is not the same. A possible explanation is that you
entered a capacity in the scheduling screen of the work center in the
"Capacity" field.
Please refer to the OSS note 119596 for more detailed information.
You have not entered a capacity category in the work center under
"Scheduling".

The system used the first capacity category from the capacity view in
the work center.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Do not use the "Capacity" field in the scheduling view of the work
center if you work with the REM planning table.
Enter a capacity category in the work center under "Scheduling".
