Assign a valid account symbol to the flow type in
<DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVRAACCDET>account determination</>, or define the
<DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVRAACCSYMB>account symbol</> and assign an
<DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVEXFIREPSYMB>account</> to it.
