There is a vacancy reason on the rental object, and you specified this
vacancy reason is not allowed to be overwritten.

If this is a warning message, the vacancy reason can still be
overwritten. If an error message was issued, the system does not allow
overwriting the value.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether you really want to overwrite the vacancy, and, if so,
change the occupancy overview on the rental object.
