You are trying to allow time-dependent hierarchy structures for the
hierarchies of the characteristic&v1&. However, the existing
time-dependent hierarchies of the characteristic have been indexed in
the BW Accelerator.
Time-dependent hierarchies cannot be created as a BWA index.
Time-dependent hierarchy structures cannot be used, because either all
or none of the hierarchies must exist as a BWA index.
