¿Qué causa este problema?

You are deactivating a BW partner namespace that is currently active.

When you activate a BW partner namespace, the namespace is set to not
ready for input. This safety mechanism is deactivated when you reset the
active flag, and the assignment of object namespace and generation
namespace can be changed again.
The system does not check whether BW objects have already been created
in this namespace however.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You should only deactivate the BW namespace if it does not have any
usages yet, or if all usages have been deleted.

If the assigned generation namespace of an object namespace is changed,
all runtime objects of this object namespace become inconsistent.
Changes to table RSNSPACE are subject to change recording and can be
displayed using the table history transaction (SCU3).
