¿Qué causa este problema?

At least one class characteristic cannot be valuated by QM. This is
because the measured value is not within the allowed value range for
the class characteristic assigned to the master inspection
characteristic.
In addition, values already exist in the batch classification for the
some of the class characteristics that cannot be valuated.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

You now have the following options:
Choose <LS>Yes</>.
In this case, all class characteristics for which a valuation is
possible are valuated with the measured values from QM.
For the class characteristics that cannot be valuated by QM (because
the measured values are not within the allowed value range for the
class characteristics), the existing values in the batch classification
are deleted.
Choose <LS>No</>.
In this case, all class characteristics for which a valuation is
possible are valuated with the measured values from QM.
For the class characteristics that cannot be valuated by QM (because
the measured values are not within the allowed value range for the
class characteristics), the existing values in the batch classification
are retained.
Choose <LS>Compare batch values</>.
Before you decide to choose one of the functions above, you can display
a list which compares the measured values in QM with the values
contained in the batch.
Choose <LS>Cancel</>.
You must differentiate between two cases, depending on the transaction
you are currently in:
If you are in the transaction for <ZH>recording results for an
inspection point</>, you return to the screen for the inspection point
data. On this screen, you can assign a new partial lot or batch to the
inspection point, if necessary.
If you are in the transaction for the <ZH>usage decision</>, all class
characteristics for which a valuation is possible are valuated with the
measured values supplied by QM.
For the general characteristics that cannot be valuated by QM (because
the measured values are not within the allowed value range for the
class characteristics), the existing values in the batch classification
are retained.
