quality notification type &V3& is already set as the default.

If you still want to set the quality notification type &V1& as the
default, proceed as follows:
Remove the default flag for the mapping entry of the quality
notification type &V3& and the defect category &V2&. Save your changes.
If a mapping entry for the quality notification type &V1& and the defect
category &V2& does not exist, maintain it. Set the default flag. Save
your changes.
