¿Qué causa este problema?

Correctly filling infostructure &V1& with data from file &V2& was not
possible. Also, archive file &V2& does not have status "delete
complete".

El sistema emite un mensaje de error y no le permitirá continuar con esta transacción hasta que se resuelva el error.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

Check whether file &V2& still has to be processed by a delete program.
(This is not the case, for example, if the file was reloaded.)
If the file is still to be processed by a delete program, you should
deactivate infostructure &V1& first. If the delete job is complete,
activate the infostructure again and start the subsequent build for
archive session &V3&. If, during this process, you receive further
messages, follow the instructions contained in the message long texts.
If the file is not being processed by a delete run, you should delete
all infostructures for archiving session &V3&.
