¿Qué causa este problema?

The process templates used by the process during the specified period
include one or more step templates that have been assigned the input
parameter types such as ABKRS (Payroll Area) and PERIOD (Payroll
Period).
We recommend that these input parameter types should not be assigned to
step templates, because these parameter types are usually used as
process instance parameters and step templates should derive the Payroll
Area and Payroll Period information, for example, from the process
template configuration.

Assigning these input parameter types to step templates might cause
inconsistency between process template configuration and step template
configuration.
