You are attempting to create business event group &V1& in plan version
&V2&. At the moment, the system cannot save the data in the database.
This is a system error which should not occur.

Calling RH_INSERT_INFTY caused the exception &V3& to occur. It is
possible that the data was not transferred to the database.
