¿Qué causa este problema?

You can only reverse a kanban signal if the system still knows the
previous status. In certain cases, this is not the case. For example:
if a reversal was carried out for the previous kanban. (It is always
only possible to reverse the last status change.)
if the previous kanban was processed in the kanban correction.
