¿Qué causa este problema?

The template has a transfer relationship from measuring point &V1& to
measuring point &V2&. The measuring point &V1& is assigned to the
functional location/equipment &V3&. The measuring point &V2& is assigned
to the functional location/equipment &V4&. An equivalent transfer
relationship cannot be determined automatically for the measuring point
to be created.
