¿Qué causa este problema?

The settings for client &V1& do not permit any changes to existing
object types or creation of new ones. Object types can only be changed
in clients where the following conditions apply:
The role <ZK>Test</>, <ZK>Customizing </>or <ZK>Demo </>has been
defined.
Changing or creating client-dependent Customizing is permitted and
automatic recording is activated.
Changing or creating client-independent objects (Customizing and
Repository) is permitted.
