¿Qué causa este problema?

You attempted to change a task status.

Respuesta del sistema

The system does not allow the change. The task has one of the following
three statuses: "Processing is not active", "Release processing", or
"Processing active". Changing one of these statuses is not allowed.

¿Cómo arreglar este error?

If a task is inactive, you can delete it. Active tasks must be
completed before you can change the status.
